1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of cybersecurity and ethical hacking services provided by [Black Hat Pro Consult] (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Authorized Engagements Only

The Company provides cybersecurity services solely for systems, networks, applications, and assets only

1. Scope of Services

Services may include:

* Penetration testing
* Vulnerability assessments
* Security audits
* Security consulting
* Incident response assistance
* Security awareness training

All activities shall remain within the mutually agreed scope outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

1. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

* Provide information regarding the systems to be tested.
* Obtain all necessary information from relevant parties.
* Designate provided contacts for the engagement.
* Cooperate with the Company throughout the service period.

1. Compliance with Laws

Both parties shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

1. Confidentiality

All information obtained during an engagement shall be treated as confidential. The Company will implement reasonable safeguards to protect Client data and will not disclose confidential information without consent, except as required by law.

1. Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure

Any vulnerabilities discovered during an engagement shall be reported only to authorized Client representatives. Public disclosure shall occur only with the Client’s written approval or as required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability for claims arising from its services shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the relevant engagement. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

1. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay all fees according to the agreed invoice terms. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the service agreement.

1. Intellectual Property

The Company’s proprietary methodologies, software, templates, and tools remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final reports and deliverables provided to the Client may be used internally by the Client.

1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [United States], and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
